Stardate calculator

Fixed an issue with the Stardate calculator that occurred when the current timezone was different from Universal Coordinated Time (UTC). It now works correctly no matter where you are. I've also tidied the form layout and error messages a little. Thanks for Trekspert for pointing out the error.
