Leader of the Kazon Nistrim, Culluh was one of Voyager's bitterest enemies and mounted several determined attacks on the ship. He was an ally of Seska, who gave him replicator technology [2] and later plotted a mission which gave him transporter technology. [3] In 2372 Culluh finally managed to capture Voyager [4], only to have the ship recaptured again a few days later. [5]
