A holographic character, Frankie Eyes was part of the "Jack in a Box" surprise which was built into the program. In the reworked version Frankie took over the bar from Vic; the two were old associates who disliked one another. Vic was able to regain the bar with the help of the Deep Space Nine crew, reverting it back to the original state. [1]
