A member of the Romulan military. In 2379 he addressed the Romulan Senate along with Commander Suran, urging the leadership to join with Shinzon in taking action against the Federation. When they refused he backed Shinzon's coup attempt, but became more cautious when it became clear that Shinzon was planning a genocidal attack on Earth. [2]
