A Garren trader native to the Delta Quadrant, Voyager encountered Onquanii in 2375, a week prior to their encounter with a damaged Druoda warhead. He travelled in a cloaked spacecraft and dealt in various technology items - Neelix purchased a power node equipped with transkinetic energy regulators and bioneural control circuitry from him. He was very interested in purchasing the Druoda warhead - but only if the sale included the warhead section, which Captain Janeway was unwilling to sell. [1]Onquanii subsequently attacked Voyager to try and take the warhead by force. It retaliated by sending an antimatter surge through the tractor beam Onquanii was using to try and beam it aboard, destroying his ship and killing him. [1]
