A Ferengi mercenary, mirror Rom fought with the Terran rebellion after the death of his brother Quark at the hands of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. He infiltrated Terok Nor in 2371 as part of the plan to get Ben Sisko aboard so that he could meet with Jennifer Sisko. Mirror Garak was suspicious of his apparent defection and had him tortured and executed. [1]
