A Deltan male, Nassir was a Starfleet officer. He was born around 2210 putting him in his mid fifties by 2266. He was of slight build, but projected a dignified calm in his actions. By 2266 he was the Captain of the Archer class scout-ship, USS Sagittarius. [1]
