A friend of Neelix, Wixiban engaged in various shady dealings throughout his life - at least one of which led to a lengthy stay in jail. He harboured considerable bitterness towards Neelix as a result. When the two met up on a space station near the Nekrit expanse, Wixiban convinced Neelix to engage in an illegal drug deal in return for a map of the area. [1]
