A resident of Sanctuary District A in San Francisco during 2024, Biddle was a rather temperamental and sometimes violent man. [2] He participated in the Bell riots, and would most likely have killed the hostages taken during them if not for the interference of Commander Sisko. Biddle was killed when police stormed the district and freed the hostages. [3]
