An Andorian ambassador, Shras travelled to Babel One aboard the USS Enterprise in 2267 for the conference concerning Coridan's admission to the Federation. One of his aides, Thelev, tried to disrupt the conference by murdering some of the delegates. It transpired that Thelev was in fact an Orion agent. [1]
