A member of the Andorian Imperial Guard, Telev was in command of one of the ships which attempted to move reinforcements to Paan Mokar/Weytahn in 2152. He threatened to engage the Vulcan ships orbiting the planet, but was dissuaded in part when Commander Tucker placed the NX-01 between the two sides. [1]
