A Kellerum Ambassador, Sharat was part of the effort to wipe out the Harvester weapons. To that end he was determined to destroy all knowledge of the weapons by killing all those involved with their creation and destruction, including Dr. Bashir and Chief O'Brien. He failed in this effort after Commander Sisko's intervention. [1]
