A member of the Red Squad cadet group, Watters was assigned to a training mission aboard the USS Valiant in 2373. When the ship was stranded behind enemy lines and the officers killed, Watters took command of the ship. He was killed in2374 whilst engaging a large Dominion battleship. [1]
