A Klingon, Molok was a member of the ruling Council of the Klingon Empire in 2265. When Captain Kirk's name was raised in council, Molok was amused at the idea of his name sounding Klingon and mused that he would enjoy seeing Kirk try to fight like a Klingon. [1]
