A Hologram, T'Pera was created by Voyager's EMH when the Vulcan Vorik entered the Pon'Farr in 2373. It was the EMH's hope that Vorik would be able to mate with T'Pera, curing him of the dangerous effects of his mating cycle. Vorik pretended that the treatment had worked, but this was only a ruse designed to allow him to get close to B'Elanna. [1]
