A Human Starfleet officer, Judge was the chief engineer of the USS Bombay under Captain Gannon. In 2265 he was killed along with the rest of the Bombay’s crew when the ship was destroyed in orbit of Ravanar IV by a Tholian fleet. [1]
Judge was gangly man. He was originally from the city of Liverpool on Earth, and had a Liverpool accent. [1]
