A Starfleet officer, Pimental was a member of the Judge Advocate General corps in the 23rd century. In 2266 he was Lieutenant Holly Moyer's assistant on Starbase 47 (Vanguard). He was a tall man with close-cropped black hair that was receding back across the top of his head. He had a muscular build, and Moyer considered him to be an attractive man. [1]
