A starfleet officer in 2327, Batanides was a friend of Jean-Luc Picard and Corey Zweller. The three visited Starbase Earhart whilst waiting for their first assignment after graduation. [1]Alonzo Vandermeer served as first officer under Batanides and came to think of her as a legend. [2]
