A holocharacter who was part of the "Jack in the Box" section of the Vic Fontaine program. Zeemo was the owner of the casino in this section of the program; he came to collect money from his subordinate Frankie Eyes. The Deep Space Nine crew stole the money in order to cause a rift between Frankia and Zeemo, thus restoring the original version of the program. [1]
