Jossen was one of a group of seven Vulcan operatives which infiltrated a smuggling ring during the 22nd century. The group turned rogue, and T'Pol was assigned to hunt them down and capture them. She caught up with Jossen on Risa, but when he appeared to reach for a weapon T'Pol shot and killed him. [1]
