A Human Starfleet officer, Milonakis was the First officer of the USS Bombay in 2365. He was there to greet Lieutenant Ming when he was delivered to the Bombay from the USS Sagittarius. Ming found Milonakis to be very extroverted. [1]
Chief Engineer Judge regarded Milonakis as an excellent acquirer of equipment for repairs aboard the ship, since he seemed to know people on every base and starship in the fleet and had a particular knack for trading and bartering. [1]
Milonakis was killed along with the rest of the USS Bombay crew when the ship was lost in battle with a Tholian fleet in orbit of Ravanar IV. [1]
