A Tholian, Radkene [The Sallow] was a member of the Tholian ruling body. In 2265 Radkene took part in a discussion on the Political Castemoot Sublink of the Tholian telepathic lattice concerning the Federation intrusion into the Taurus Reach, arguing strongly that Tholia's laws restricting colonisation of the Taurus Reach were obsolete and should be ignored. During the course of the conversation Radkene experienced the massively powerful alien thought pulse which disrupted the lattice. [1]
