A Starfleet officer, Frazier was assimilated by the Borg at Wolf 359. She travelled to the Delta quadrant where her cube was destroyed in an accident. Frazier settled on a nearby planet with many other ex-drones. When Chakotay was stranded on the planet in 2373, she manipulated him into creating a modified version of the collective to enforce peace on her world. [1]
