A Hologram created by the Hirogen from tehnology donated by Voyager, Weiss was styled after a Human Starfleet officer. Horrified by the treatment he recieved from the Hirogen he joined Iden's rebellion. Weiss was fanatically opposed to biological life forms; he was initially against the kidnapping of the EMH from Voyager, and favoured destroying the starship. [2] When Iden beamed a group of Hirogen down to a hostile planet, Weiss took part in hunting them down and killing them. [3]
