A Human native of mid 20th century Earth, Rittenhouse was an illustrator who worked for Incredible Tales magazine. Part of his job was to create a series of drawings each month which the writers would then create stories around. Much of his work features aliens threatening scantily clad females. His design of a future space station was the inspiration for Benny Russell's stories of "Deep Space Nine". [1]
