A member of the survey team which investigated the remains of the Borg vessel found on Earth in 2153. Foster was assimilated after one of the Drones became active again; he took the survey ship back towards Borg space, attacking a Tarkalean ship on the way. He was subsequently killed when the NX-01 destroyed his ship. [1]
