A resident of New York city in 1940s Earth, Joe Prazki sold information to the Na'kuhl Ghrath. He would invent information about both the resistance and the Gestapo, as he had no real knowledge of either. As one of the few humans who dealt directly with a Na'kuhlm Joe was able to confirm their presence on Earth to Captain Archer and the American resistance. [1]
