When the Enterprise-D assisted a disabled Talarian Observation Ship in 2366, on of its crew was discovered to be a Human teenager abducted by the Talarians as a child. Several of these vessels attempted to force the Enterprise-D to return the boy. Although they were no military threat to the Galaxy class ship, Captain Picard did eventually agree to the Talarian's demands. [1]
