Father to Icheb, Leucon was a Brunali, a species which had been decimated by Borg attacks. He deliberately allowed his son to be infected with a pathogen which could destroy Borg vessels so that he would damage the collective once assimilated. When Voyager returned Icheb to his parents in 2376, Leucon attempted to have him assimilated again. Captain Janeway was able to thwart this attempt. [1]
