Baloran [1] was the foreman of a Trellium-D mining facility in the Delphic Expanse during 2152. He helped Captain Archer contact a Xindi in the facility, in return for half a litre of liquid platinum. He subsequently attempted to capture the crew of the NX-01 to employ them as slave labour in his mine. The attempt was unsuccessful. [2]
