Cadet Hajar was a cadet at Starfleet Academy in 2368. She was a member of Nova squadron, and was secretly using training flights to prepare to perform the Kolvoord Starburst formation at the Academy commencement ceremony later in the year. When one of the flights ended in the death of Cadet Albert, Hajar conspired to cover up the truth at the inquiry. She remained at the Academy after Cadet Locarno took the blame for the conspiracy.
